STEP 3 - QUILT INTAKE FORM

Once you have prepared your quilt and read through the Prices & Services, your next step will be to download the Quilt Intake Form below, fill it out and email it to Maker@ElizaJamesQuiltCo.com. You can also send your Quilt Intake Form via text message to (360) 340-2665.

Within 24 hours you should receive an email back from us with deposit payment instructions and confirming submission details. 

Please note:  At this time we are accepting mail-in submissions with pre-authorization only, to avoid overbooking and scheduling conflicts. Please contact us in advance, and a mailing address will be provided at that time as well.

Remember, above all, good communication is KEY! 

We want you to be happy with your finished quilt and to help make your vision a reality! Describing any specific ideas, including a rough sketch or inspirational photos are all great ways to help us better understand your vision.
